Blue Berry Smoothie

Blue Berry Smoothie
1 large frozen Banana (very ripe)
1 cup frozen blue berries
1/4 cup raw almonds (soaked for a minimun of 12 hours – over night)
4 large cos (romaine) lettuce leaves
750 ml water

Blend until smooth and creamy.
(you could add some raw honey or stevia drops to sweeten if desired)
