Pear & Chia

Had to share this here straight away! I just made this for myself for morning tea.

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear (mine was a packham pear)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 Tsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 cm square of fresh ginger (I just wanted a hint of ginger)
  • 500ml water

Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!!
