Had to share this here straight away! I just made this for myself for morning tea.
- 1 banana
- 1 pear (mine was a packham pear)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 Tsp chia seeds
- 0.5 cm square of fresh ginger (I just wanted a hint of ginger)
- 500ml water
Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!!
