Pineapple & Coriander

This is a lovely summery smoothie to either start or end you day with. Hydrating, fresh and green!

  • 2 cups sweet pineapple cored and chopped into chunks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 rib of celery
  • 1 handful of coriander (celantro)
  • Large handful of baby spinach (or kale or cos)
  • 2 cups coconut water.

Pop all ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until smooth. Here’s to summer time! 😀
