Refreshing & Hydrating Pear and Ginger

This is one that just kinda came to me as I was standing at the fridge contemplating what I would put in my juice today. Hope you like it!

  • 1 long celery rib
  • 1/2 cucumber (you could use a whole one, I just had half a one left!)
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 2 pears
  •  3 kale leaves
  • 1/2 cm length ginger

It made up approximately 1 Liter, which isn’t that surprising really, considering pear, celery and cucumber are some of the more hydrating foods you can eat.
