Kids love treats. Ice cream after dinner is a big favourite here and when it’s healthy, well that’s even better!! We’ve dubbed our’s “Fruit Scream” 😉
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 frozen mango cheeks
- 1/3 cup Raw Almond Milk
Place everything into your high speed blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend on the lowest speed until the frozen fruit is broken up into small chunks. Then blitz it, pushing the mix down with the tamper until it’s all smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately!! Feeds 4 little people 2 scoops each or 2 adults 4 scoops each. YUM!
