Easy-Peasy Guacamole

This recipe is a no-brain-er. It’s a zesty dip or topping on its own or you can vamp it up with a few extra ingredients……

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt

  1. Cut avo open, de-seed and scoop out flesh and place in a bowl.
  2. Juice the lemon and add to the avocado in the bowl
  3. Add salt and mash it all together.

And that’s it!

Sever with veggie sticks, on top of baked potatoes or as a salad dressing. The ways to serve this are endless.

To make it more interesting add finely chopped spanish onions, finely diced fresh tomato and some chillie powder and a bit of fresh coriander (cilantro). Yummo!
