This recipe is a no-brain-er. It’s a zesty dip or topping on its own or you can vamp it up with a few extra ingredients……
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- Cut avo open, de-seed and scoop out flesh and place in a bowl.
- Juice the lemon and add to the avocado in the bowl
- Add salt and mash it all together.
And that’s it!
Sever with veggie sticks, on top of baked potatoes or as a salad dressing. The ways to serve this are endless.
To make it more interesting add finely chopped spanish onions, finely diced fresh tomato and some chillie powder and a bit of fresh coriander (cilantro). Yummo!
